Terms & Conditions

1.  Once the filming / designing and editing process is complete, you will receive a link to the work for previewing.

2.  After adjusting to your liking, and the product (ie. photos / floor / site plans/ virtual tours/ slide shows, etc.) is finalized and delivered to you or your webmaster, an invoice will be emailed, payable in 15 days, via either BPAY, or bank cheque.

3.  You or your webmaster, will receive the product with very specific and easy to follow directions on how to publish the virtual tour / photos, etc. to your website (if needed).    A minimal charge may occur if want us to do that for you.

4.  Any distance travelled beyond 100 km from the Melbourne CBD incurs a call-out fee.   This is open to negotiation and the amount of work being done.

5.  If your package is a virtual tour or slide show, and is hosted on our server, this will be free of charge, and will be maintained indefinitely.
